Farms

For three generations our chickens have been raised in the greatest respect for tradition. We raise 50 000 chickens over the course of a years. All our chickens are grain fed without the use of antibiotics or medication.

Young ckicks, hours old are moved to our henhouses in small numbers of aproximately 2300 at a time. Free to roam they have constant access to food and water. After seven weeks of rearing some chickens are taken to slaughter and so on until the theeth week.

This allows us top provide adequate space as well as producing chickens weighing between two to four kilos. Trough our different breading techniques we are confident our product will fulfill tour culinary needs.
